Children’s bedtime stories are one of the most integral parts of childhood. As a parent, it can be hard to see just how much it means to have a story read in a quiet moment before bedtime. It is about so much more than bonding with your child, it can have so many more benefits for your child’s development. They broaden their vocabulary by simply listening to the story, even if they haven’t yet learned to read. It engages their imagination and builds a love for literature that will last a lifetime.
